Do you feel frustrated and lost when it comes to your dog?
It’s not you, and it’s not your dog. It’s what happens between both of you, and what you were told life with a dog should look like.
SOCIAL WORKER SPECIALISED IN PERSONAL SUPPORT · CANINE EDUCATOR
Does this sound familiar?
What you see
Your dog pulls on the lead constantly, doesn’t listen when you need them to, and/or everyday life feels tense because of fears, growling or other behaviours you don’t understand and find overwhelming.
What you feel
You constantly doubt yourself, compare yourself to other people and their dogs, fear getting things wrong and carry a sense of guilt. And with so much conflicting advice, nothing seems to work.
What can change
You develop the confidence and understanding to make sense of your dog and make decisions with greater clarity, without constantly fearing you’ll get it wrong. You get to know yourself better and let go of that heavy burden of guilt, so you can start enjoying a genuine, meaningful connection with your dog.
You love your dog, but something about their behaviour is overwhelming you
What can you expect from the process?
Understand why your dog reacts or behaves in certain ways, identify what is making life together difficult, and find ways forward that work for both of you, so you can feel more confident in your decisions
Untangle
We start by making sense of what’s going on: what is it trying to communicate through its behaviour, what comes from your dog, what comes from you, what comes from your relationship, and what comes from what you were told life with a dog should look like.
Understand
We work towards understanding your dog and yourself: their needs, your emotions, and how the two interact. From there, we explore tools that fit your reality to find a balance between its wellbeing and yours.
Integrate
A fresh start. You put what you’ve learned into practice, finding ways to live together that work for both you and your dog, without expecting either of you to be someone you’re not.
What changes when we start working together?
Rather than following a rigid method, I offer you a safe, respectful space where you can understand each other better and grow together, after which you will:
Understand
what’s really going on for both you and your dog, instead of feeling like you’re guessing your way through.
Trust
Your own decisions, without second-guessing yourself at every turn.
Let go
of the guilt you’ve been carrying, even if you couldn’t quite put it into words.
Enjoy
your relationship again, instead of just getting through each day.

BIENVENIDA!
Hi, I’m Viola
I’m a social worker specialised in personal and family support, and a canine educator specialised in canine behaviour management. I’m based in the Marina Alta, Alicante, Spain.
I support women and their dogs through an integrative, systemic approach that looks beyond a dog’s behaviour and emotions. It considers everything happeningwithin the relationship between the dog and its human.
I don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Every human–dog partnership is unique, so I tailor my support to your specific circumstances.
My approach is systemic because dogs don’t live in a vacuum. They live in a home, alongside people and sometimes other animals. What we see as “problem behaviour” is often a way our dog has found to adapt to their circumstances and environment. It's usually a symptom of something underlying that needs attention.
I offer in-person support in the Marina Alta and online, wherever you are. Sessions are available in Spanish, English and German.
